Being authentic about our inauthenticity

To live your life in integrity you will have to be authentic and being authentic is to be authentic about your inauthenticities.

Everything as a human being we do not own owns us.

Fear not the men who has a dark side but the one who denies having one…

In my own relationship to my word, I have seen time and time again how when I don’t clean up my act, I don’t complete what I have left undone, I don’t acknowledge my fallouts and breakdowns, the power of my word shrinks. And the past starts to control my future. It can seem counter intuitive, and definitely doesn’t tend to feel great to own who you have been being, nor when you realize that you have been inauthentic (not true to who you say you are). You might have given your word to your wife that you would be a loving partner and find yourself being angry instead.

You might have given your word to be a great leader for your team, yet found yourself making them wrong for everything that didn’t go well instead.

In these moments to own it, stand up and clean up, takes courage. It takes courage to show our “dark side” and it takes courage to acknowledge what hasn’t been working, and then stand up again and say, here is my commitment, and I choose to be big.

Being authentic isn’t for the feint of heart, yet to live your life in integrity, there is no way around it.

If you don’t own it it owns you… But when you own it, you get the power to create your life as a matter of your word, as a matter of who you say you are. But boy can your inauthenticities fight for their survival :-)

Stepping beyond your inauthenticity, beyond survival and into creating your life as a matter of your word and being. We offer a 12 month education that will equip you with all that one needs to live a transformed life.

But it isn’t for the faint of heart.

Warmly,

Moritz
