The game of the mind

You have been in a funk last week, how can you help someone to come out of one now?

You have messed up money situations yourself, how can you stand there now with confidence and speak about making millions?

Your mind is always, always busy justifying its existence and its existence is past based.

What ever identity (ideas of ourselves) we have formed, our mind will go and defend them.

If you don't like how you look (based on what ever past experience you had) you will go and make wrong any positive comment about your appearance. You will also make wrong any negative comment about your appearance. You will defend your view on self, even if it is not one that leaves you empowered. Why? Because thats what the survival mind does.

The survivor mind is having all sorts of mechanics to make sure you stay within the frame.

It blames

It makes wrong

It makes itself better or worse then others

It defends

It fights

It is committed to the rightness of the view over anything else

In the state of the survivor one is not free, one is a repetition of trained behaviors, automatic reactions. Look at how people fight for their political, social, world views, look at how you fight for your own.

We are locked into our views without awareness of the possibility to step out of it. And our mind plays a game with us.

If you choose to step out, it will make you wrong. Stepping into a bigger game? You don't need to wait long until your mind will tell you all the reasons of why you will fail on it, it wasn't such a great idea and anyhow you first have to do way more thinking to make sure you are not messing this one up.

The mind is not an enemy, but it is only ever interested in the survival of the view it has created. As in this view it knows.

To step out of the game of survival there has top be something that is more important to us, something that can call us forth through all the mechanics we will face in ourselves trying to convince us that a little more time in our current small world would probably be best for us.

P.S. If you are willing to step out of the game of the survivor and into creating a game that excites you, join our one year training program design to leave you free to be self expressed

Warmly,

Moritz
