The thought of creating this training came out of the experience of transformation. 7 Years ago I was profoundly changed by an experience that totally, radically shifted the way I looked at life.

It isn't even fair to say it was an experience as what happened was not happening in the ordinary time nor space experience, but somehow beyond it.

In one moment, I had the experience of being a worried, depressed, scared, purposeless human, and in the next moment, I was bigger than any experience life had ever provided me.

I was the one seeing a human being searching for meaning, yet I wasn't searching; I was a peaceful context for all of it.

That shift was so radical that it changed what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to share what I had seen with as many people as I could.

I joined a coaching training (ipec coaching) to learn how to help others see their own power, their own ability to be happy, free, satisfied, independent of any circumstance they find themselves in.

I specialized in leadership, joined many other programs, was coached and taught by multiple great coaches and mentors, all to expand the ability to provide people with access to themselves and their innate ability to be powerful and alive, and get things done that they want to get done. And I supported many people to do so.

Last year, I joined ventures with two colleagues and friends to bring our work to more people, together with my mentor Ria we are creating a context where transformation is possible, where you and I are free to live fully, and out of this, the wish to give others access to doing this work with their communities, their people, their clients, and peers.
